For all VedAroma products (Essential oils) and VedicAroma products (Perfumes) shipped from USA.

We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping to all our customers within USA!

Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours.

Packages under 1 lb are shipped within US by USPS unless you specify otherwise on the order page. Other packages are sent by UPS, according to the service you choose on the order page.

International orders are sent by UPS unless you request otherwise. Please contact us at info@vedaroma.com if you would like your order shipped by some other method, or visit our EU Shop for possible lower rates.

PLEASE NOTE: For Distributors and for Wholesale Orders orders within USA and International orders are charged according to USPS and UPS table rates.

Returns & Refunds 

Refunds can be given for defective products if returned to us within 14 days after order is received, and as long as products have not been opened.

Customers may return any part of  their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please state the reason for returning the goods.

Inform VEDAROMA  of the cancellation with either the “Cancellation Form” (available HERE), or call us at +1 (630) 621 9365, or inform via  e-mail to customer-service@vedaroma.com.

If you wish to receive a refund or just a credit against another order please fill out the “Return Form” (available HERE) and include this form with the products you return.

Please use the original packaging to prevent any damage. In general, mailing costs are covered by the customer.

Once VEDAROMA  have received your goods, they will  be checked,and a reimbursement will be sent  or a credit note issued.
